"Our group stay at the Palmetto Hotel was fantastic. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to suites and quickly checked in. The staff was super nice and customer focused. The rooms were spacious with a full bathroom plus equipped with an ensuite jacuzzi tub for 2. Facilities were cared for and the property facilities were extremely convenient. "This is definitely a five-star hotel at a economical price. And a quiet location. Very comfortable and upscale. The service was exceptional. I was given an upgraded room for the price I pay. The breakfast is enormous. Treated like a queen the whole time. This was an incredible hotel and I visited it twice because I had such a great time the first time"
