"The house was cute, with a nice courtyard and rooftop terrace to look at the volcanoes. Check-in was a little hectic since a bus load of tourists had arrived at the same time. This seems to be the standard guest at this hotel, and only they have access to meals at the hotel. "Everything was amazing. The reviews for this hotel were very mixed, however our experience was amazing and have no idea why anyone would say anything negative. Our room (#8) was beautiful, the esthetic of the pool was georgeous, the view of Lake Atitlan (feet away) was breathtaking, the staff was kind, friendly (miri and juan..everyone) and everyone always had a smile on their face.
