"Everything was perfect! Edwin is a great host, communicated within minutes to a concern we had. The setup to the condo is great for multiples as its separate quarters/bathrooms with a shared common area. Very clean and convenient to Antigua. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we make another trip. "

"Everything worked. More than enough outlets . Very rapid wifi, the kitchen was very well stocked and clean. Showers excellent ,had no trouble finding the right temperature rapidly. Very comfortable beds with the best pillows ever..cozy living room. Washer dryer that was very easy ro use as was the stove. This has to be my favorite Stay at any of many vacation locations .very attentive host..very accommodating and sweet. "

"Staying here made our vacation in Guatemala. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until 3 a.m., but we were kindly greeted by Juan Carlos and his impressive villa. It is ideally tucked above the town of Antigua in a luscious forest/coffee field with stunning views of the volcano and first-class amenities. "Overall we had a great stay here and it is a good spot if you're looking for an extended stay. Pros: Spacious apartments with more room than we needed. Common area of the building is beautiful and a nice place to hang out and you get to know your neighbors there (we had a fun time hanging out in the Jacuzzi with ours). Good place to work from with the extra space, good wifi, and daily option for prepared lunch. Good security measures makes it feel safe inside. The owner Tom is great and always...

"The home was gorgeous. I loved the location of the rental being in Antigua. We got to see the 3 volcanoes. The rental was very convenient and had all of the essentials including washer and dryer. The infinity pool and kiddie pool was also a plus for my little ones. The rental is conveniently located minutes from a store and next door to a restaurant on one side and a beautiful park with a restaurant on the other side. There are plenty of gas stations and we were close enough to get food late...

But, I'd like to begin with the ease of communicating with the House Manager --- because I believe it is so important especially if you are traveling abroad, Diana M., the House manager answers you questions promptly .. if you have a need or concern -- she's right there to assist and guide ... this helps us as we go to our "Family House Antigua" - I find it so refreshing that she's there when you need her, for me, for us especially, because...

"This home is absolutely stunning and big enough to host a large group comfortably. The rooftop deck is gorgeous. Our hosts made check-in so easy and were willing to work with us on arrival time. The floors were dirty and we weren't sure if it was from the volcanic ash? Other than that everything as wonderful!"
