"This is by far the best place I stayed during my solo trip. It’s not far from the beach, there are nice dinning options around and also not far from Varadero airport. Olivia the host is very amazing at making you feel comfortable and home away from home. I’ll definitely be back to this place!"

"Great place to stay. Located about 1 min walk from the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Easy to walk or can catch taxis easily from main road. Host Eduardo is brilliant! Very friendly and helpful. Provided a lovely optional breakfast each morning for €5 each. He was often around on the property and happy to answer any questions. "Super nice owner. He arranged a ride for me during a day's long blackout and I knew it wasn't easy to do. The room is very clean. I feel perfectly safe. The bathroom is huge and amazing. The pool area with the patio is a really unheard of treat in Matanzas! "

"Good overall stay. Few pointers- maybe a sign post to say name of Casa and information that the room includes air conditioning. Was delighted that it did though but nearly never booked as it never said. "

"This house is is peaceful! It was just one night but the owner helped me getting drivers and exchanging money. The room has a little kitchen area with a table, sink, and a small fridge. Good to eat your take out and keep drinks cold, not sure if there is a cooking option. You have your own independent entrance. You can sit outside in the patio and balcony of the house and relax with the ocean breeze. Just walking from the beach and good restaurants. "

Their home was immaculately clean, they were friendly and welcoming without being overbearing, and the location was excellent. "The lady who owns the house is very nice, responsive helpful local. It was across the beach, 2 minute walk., crossing 1st Avenida. The only thing is it was a bit noisy as close to the street, other than that it’s clean, safe and very good location. "
