"The property was very clean throughout, always a sun bed available. The drains in the hotel has funky smell, also had a leak during our stay. Food is not as bad as everyone says but also with no salt or spices mostly so very bland, mostly fish. Some days the restaurant got very busy as it’s not as big, had to find leftover food and scrape as it wasn’t topped up towards the end of service, one morning didn’t even have a clean table to sit down so had to walk around with food for a long time....

"The villa is nowhere near as good as the pictures show so bery misleading. It could do with a lot of TLC. Although we knew the pools where not heated they really were freezing. Both the main pool and the private pool were the same. The kitchen was sparingly equipped but as we didn’t eat in it wasn’t a problem for us but not great if you want to cook. There was plenty of wardrobe space but hardly any hangers. The showers were very good. The view over the Marina was great and it is lovely to sit...

"Apartment was broken into while we slept and phone and bank cards and earrings were taken. Reported to reception and was told to go to police station to report but she wouldn’t do it. Another 10 apartments were also broken into, nothing done by the reception. Had to ask for bath towels and toilet paper. Didn’t have the room cleaned all week. Lots of others staying there also very disappointed with it "

"Complete fraud. The place doesn’t exist. It should be removed from the platform. They take your money and do not refund. I reported the issue on many occasions and no action has been taken"

"We arrived as was told that there were no rooms, for us? After arguing for 3 hours we were offered and apartment nearby? 1km and although it was more that described in the booking, it was clearly, a friends home, we had no choice but to stay as we were unable to book elsewhere at short notice, as Tenerife in January is busy and we would of had to pay more to change, money we did not have? This is not a good place to stay and will be writing a strong email in complaint shortly"

"Well for a start waited 2 hours for check in but nobody turned up.2 dogs pooing in the driveway on arrival they looked like strays, looking around the pool was dirty , the next door property had at least 9 cats we counted, cost me 60 euros and the cost of another horel so my granson and myself had to find another hotel, i was there to scatter my wifes ashes so really not pkeased,"
