The residence is a recently built building in the close proximity of Thermae. It is equipped with 3 swimming pools on the attic with huge solarium.
The two-room flat is for 3/5 guests. It is equipped with air conditioning. It has a living room with a cooking corner and a double sofa-bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double and single bed, habitable terrace space and a private uncovered parking place.
