"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

"We didn’t have long stay, but we enjoyed it. Staff is wonderful and willing to help make your stay pleasant. The attached restaurant had a yummy breakfast and there are several other restaurants (and bakery) within a moments walk. Room was cozy, cold ac, and a beautiful bathroom (spacious compared to others). "

"Overall it was a lovely stay. The food was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. I also loved that they offered fresh juices, which is not something many places offer. I think the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishing as they are quite dated. I also think the hotel should definitely be fitted with air conditioning as it was far too hot throughout the whole hotel, in the gym and in our room. We had the electric fan going all night and the window open but that still did not allow for a fully rested sleep as it was so hot."
