"Very frustrating trying to get address and directions. Multiple requests sent over several weeks unanswered until we spent an hour on the phone the day of our arrival trying to reach SOMEONE who could connect us with the local agent. Otherwise, property was fine, except for their use of extraordinarily heavily scented laundry detergent that left their towels sort of noxious for sensitive users."
