"I stayed at this hotel from 22-29 Dec 2024. The hotel is new with a new and themed design I was told and it shows. My stay at this hotel was wonderful. From Check in to Check out the customer service was impeccable. The photos do not do the hotel justice. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is nice and clean. Shops and restaurants are all in walking distance…clothes, footwear, food, drink, makeup, pharmacies etc.. The hotel is located in 4 mins walking away from the beach front. The reason why this is a good thing is because the beach front can be extremely noisy late night into the early hours of the morning. My recommendation without a doubt is to stay at this hotel. "

"Todo el personal súper amable y atentos a las necesidades de nosotros, viaje con mi mamá que usa bastón para caminar y nos acomodaron en el primer piso, y cada una de las personas que trabajan ahí saludaban y sonreían. El ambiente genial, tranquilo y limpio. La comida deliciosa. Quedamos súper felices con nuestra estadía. "

"I thought was a great hotel and the food was fantastic especially the polpette( meatballs). The only issue I had was I thought room services and the restaurant closed too soon and maybe more things to choose for room service. "
