"This is a great basic hotel. The room was a good size, clean and looked refurbished with modern fixtures. Our room was a ski chalet theme. There was great communication from the hotel staff with inquiries and they were able to arrange for transport from the cruise port in Civitavecchia and to the airport. The location is great. Walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and close to many cafes and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The only negative was that our room was not cleaned on our second day which left us over flowing garbage cans for 2 days. However, we would definitely stay here again. "

"This is a great property and very convenient for American travelers. The breakfast is solid for a chain hotel, and a big bonus—it has air conditioning! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. While it’s not located in the heart of historic Rome, it’s just a short taxi ride away and directly across the street from Termini Station and the metro, making it easy to get around. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful."

"The hotel reception went very well. There was confusion on its location. We went to Hilton Hotel in error and had to pay a $25 taxi fee to get us to the right Hilton a short distance away."

"Wonderful fully modernized hotel with abundant amenities. The hotel location is great for tourists. The hotel is just a 9-10 Euro taxi ride from the Roma Termini train station. Nice shops near the hotel with a pharmacy and grocery store located across the street. "
