"We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar. "The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. What we love most about this apartment is to have a washing machine...

"Bonjour, L'appartement est très bien, très bonne prestation. Toutefois, étant situé au dessus de la pâtisserie cafétéria, la mise en œuvre a partir de deux heures du matin est assez pénible, de même a l'ouverture vers 7h, le tape-tape de la machine a expresso.... Donc pas calme pour dormir. Autre point négatif au niveau du manque de calme, la route très passagère. Difficulté d'échanges avec la personne de l'agence car ne parle pas anglais, ni français. "

"Well equipped and furnished unique apartment sitated on the top of a hill with fantastic views. It was so lovely and quiet. We loved relaxing on the roof terrace. Jurij was very helpful, left us a tasty bottle of wine and even lent us his mountain bikes!"
