"The rooms are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. They contacted us by what's app before check in which was so useful! We communicated again by what's app when they were arranging a transport for us. The food was delicious and fresh. If you're going to climb santa Ana , it's the perfect base. Jist a 2 minute walk to the entrance and great vendors located there also. I cannot recommend it enough! The only 2 negatives were that the shower water was only Luke.warm and we smelt a sewage smell...

"I’ve stayed here plenty a times, is not a bad options and enjoyable. This time (booking through expedia) they gave me a bit of a fight to cover my breakfast, which has always been included when we’ve stayed before AND IT SAID IT WAS INCLUDED WITH EXPEDIA. After contacting Expedia and speaking with the supervisor they agreed to cover it but warned me that “Expedia reservations do not include breakfast, only through booking or when reserving with them directly”… the supervisor was really great...

"Very authentic experience. We really enjoyed the town and the accommodations were beautiful. Whenever we ran out of something we notified the owners and they provided whatever we needed right away. The beds were comfortable and we did not lose power even when there was a terrible storm (this was not the case in other places we stayed while visiting El Salvador). The town offers lots of delicious food, great shopping, and we felt safe walking around the park with our children, even late at night....
