"Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but have a few suggestions for improvements: We arrived 5pm (a common arrival time from the ferry) and the office was closed. The posted written instructions had inadequate information on the location of our parking space, which was far away from our cabin. Locating the parking space in the dark was very frustrating -- it should have been explicitly marked on a map. Better yet, a parking space should be cleared next to cabin 6B. "This B&B is in a great location for exploring Friday Harbor and beyond. The breakfast alone is worth the visit..so yummy and beautifully presented. The room was nicely furnished and had unique touches like make your own hot chocolate and loose tea. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to our requests."

"This is a great little property on the northwest side of San Juan Island. We stayed in a one bedroom waterfront cabin on New Year’s Eve. It's very clean and well-kept. The area is very quiet. It's still only about 15 minutes from Friday Harbor, so it's out of the crowds, yet not too far from amenities."

Earth Box Inn

"Neat hotel. Set up like a motor lodge but don't let that fool you. Room was clean. Water was hot. Parking easy. I had my dog with me..the dog area was decent, but it’s very dark out there. Maybe a motion light or something would be good. I was there Dec 24-25, the island was very quiet. 5 min walk to the “shopping/restaurant/dock”. I saw they had an indoor pool, but I didn't use it. Overall neat place to stay & would defo recommend the Earth Box Inn."

"The staff at the Friday Harbor were so incredibly kind and accommodating!! They ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Each bedroom had an AC split that was so nice to control the individual climates of each room. The gas fireplace in the sitting room was a great touch too! "
