"This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. "Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"Lovely stay at Royal Sunset Beach Club. Location is ideal, 2 mins from lovely beach and promenade walk. Plenty nice bars and restaurants nearby. The accommodation high standard and pool area relaxed vibe. Loved it! "

"There is currently building work going on at the hotel which we were not made aware of prior to our trip. The lift near our apartment was being upgraded and the whole street is being resurfaced. The actual hotel rooms are great (albeit out dated) with big balconies over looking the sea. Amazing views. Uncomfortable beds. Great showers. Amazing breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. "

"Everything was really nice, with our room overlooking the pool/restaurant. If I stayed again, I'd like a room overlooking the sea. The pool was nice and a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Retaurants nearby. We ate at the hotel on the last day and it wasn't amazing, so im glad we hadn't gone for food included, but that's preference. Otherwise we had a great stay. "

"I love this property because it was remote enough that you don't hear noise of other tourists walking past. The apartment was lovely, large in space for 2 adults and 2 children. And the views of the balcony are to die for"

"Not too far from the city and i had a fantastic day at the animal park, definitely a big hit with kids. Only issue was that there was a bus strike at the time, which meant what i wanted to do in terms of excursions was limited. "
