"I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms! "Such a lovely start to our vacation in Costa Rica. Edward picked us up, helped us find a healthy takeout meal and took us back to a lovely little apartment that was perfect for getting our bearings before heading to the coast. So close to the airport, no need to navigate San Jose. Great start to the trip! "

"I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places"

"I liked the convenience of the location "

"This is a beautiful, Clean and well equipped apartment with a spectacular view. My only disappointment is that the 2nd bedroom was too small and it’s not self contained. The bathroom is outside and opposite the bedroom which has a shower stall and does not have proper drainage. The water lodges and gets slippery and dangerous I also recommend that install a full length mirror. "

"The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the house is at the end of a dead-end street, so even better. The apartment is one of four in the house, and very well appointed for a few days or longer. It has everything you need to visit the city, included a washing machine. We had a rental car, which would normally park on the street, but the owner was generous and allowed us to park in the garage as no one else was using it at the time. "Loved the size of the units (bedrooms, baths), cleanliness, breakfast service/options and amenities available - onsite laundry, pool, hot tub. Did not use gym or spa. Did not have enough towels for the pool and those that were provided were not fully dry (taken from the slowest dryer) when we needed them. Kitchen did not have any dish detergent to wash the dishes."

Better Than Expected

"This is one of the nicest airport hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t expect the quality in amenities or service. I feels more like a resort than an airport hotel. I will say that I was there with a group and not all rooms were created equal. The first half of my trip my room open onto the pool and the second half I was in the bridal suite. Both of my rooms were comfortable and worth recommending. If you can, upgrade your room! *this is a comparison to other global AIRPORT hotels*"

An ideal location for accessing the airport

"This hotel is exceptional, starting with its prime location right next to a massive indoor shopping center. The airport shuttle is incredibly convenient, taking just one minute, and they even went above and beyond by arranging an earlier shuttle to accommodate our flight schedule. We were truly impressed with their flexibility and commitment to service. And after a long day of travel, we loved unwinding in the hotel pool."

"Very good hotel by the airport. Our flight was at 6am, and this hotel is 15mins away. My partner and I stayed at the pool an entire morning, we ordered drinks and food, which was all very good. The area had sun all day compared to most of the cities around. It seemed to be hotter at the hotel than downtown. I would recommend it. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke English. "

"This is a very safe and comfortable high end hotel right in the middle of San Jose within walking distance of most of the attractions including the Main Markets and the National Museum. It's also right across the street from the National Theater. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The lobby is on the 5th floor and you need a key card to enter the other floors with guest rooms so it is very safe. My family and I did not eat at the restaurant though it looked very nice. We wanted to get a flavor of the surrounding options instead. "
