"I would have given this a 10 but the only complain I have is they didn’t clean our room the first night we were there. I complained about it and was promised they will, that it must have been an oversight but the next day, yes they made the beds, but did not clean the bathroom. We had to request towels because they didn’t clean the bathroom. They just picked up the dirty towels. "

Received an email from them and the reason why they cant accommodate us is technical glitch. Asked for a refund but up to now no refund Received.Holiday ruined. "Situated in the heart of Burnham Park perfect location for travelers like me who prefer to take public transportations. So close to restaurants and shops. Definitely a place to stay for budget friendly folks. "

"No one assists us on the property which is understandable because it was holy week. We also thought that its not safe because no caretaker on the property but overall it was a good stay. It is near the highway and convenient to all resto and store."

"Second time to stay. We love that the hotel is pet friendly. Need a little bit improvement with the internet provider. Some rooms have internet tv while some just have a basic cable that only have less than 5 channels. But great facility and staff. Will be back again. "

"The hotel only has the basic amenities like TV and Air-con. They have a small restaurant area at the ground floor. The staff were very friendly though. Also, there was an incident in which the heater was not working so we had to call it in."
