I spent a night here at the end of my Costa Rica trip before heading back to California. The place is clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. But the facilities are a bit dated, particularly, the AC units are very noisy at the night.

Great hotel overall
Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. My only problem was that I requested a wake up call and never received it. Not a problem because my alarm worked fine. But I like to order the wake up calls as a back up and was thus disappointed it never came through.

We were very impressed with the staff - they were very helpful any time we had any questions. The restaurant had delicious meals as well. The mattress in the room was in need of replacing and the air conditioner was very loud (although we didn’t need to turn it on a lot) we would definitely stay here again
