Situated on the world famous Zipper's & La Roca surf break in Costa Azul this 3 bed 2 bath condo is newly painted and refurnished with all the comforts and amenities of home. New appliances, charcoal bbq grill, WiFi, 2 TVs with Amazon Firesticks, and 1 TV with a DVD player. The ground floor end unit location with a large patio and outdoor dining area offers a lovely view of the pool and 3 hot tubs as well a magnificent ocean view. Steps away from beach access and 3 world class surf breaks. The benefit of the end unit means no foot traffic or activity making this unit very private!

The condo is located 20 minutes from the Los Cabos airport (SJD), 10 minutes from the quaint and charming old town of San Jose del Cabo, and 25 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas.

150+ restaurants in nearby vicinity (including Zippers right next door, District Eat + Drink, and La Marea across the highway). We also have a large grocery store (La Comer) 5 minutes away, Costco 20 minutes away, and Walmart 5 minutes away. Several public beaches within 10 miles, each beautiful and unique in their own right. Several public golf courses are also easily accessible.

The property is easy to find and convenient to San Jose del Cabo. Great views of the ocean and on the main floor, so easy access to the beach and pool. Comfortable furnishings. The property manager was very responsive to questions and requests. Would stay here again.

Las olas
This is a great home base location to explore Los Cabos. We had some great meals in San Jose, fun times spearfishing in Cabo San Lucas, and fun surfing the pacific the east cape and right in front. This was our second stay at las olas. The ground floor is a convenient walk out to the pool and beach and is isolated from the road noise.

Great location, ground floor right off pool and patio. Property management and staff very accessible and responsive. We’ve stayed at Las Olas several times before and this unit is our favorite. We usually come in June or July. August is very hot and humid however. AC running 24/7 and power went out several times. Overall a great trip!

Great location!
The condo accommodated all of our group's needs perfectly. Three of us were surfing, so the location on the bottom floor made it great to just grab a board and go. The condo was well appointed with supplies and very comfortable. There was a restaurant within walking distance just down the beach on the sand, it was perfect. There was a grocery store near by that was also convenient to stock up on supplies. We had a great time. A couple guys in our group stepped on sea urchins, be very careful if you're going in the water. There was a clinic nearby and my friend was able to take her son to some care. It still didn't damper the trip, will come again.

Great location, comfortable unit, very attentive property manager as well as on-site security staff. The setting is close to the beach and yet has a private feel. I wholeheartedly recommend Las Olas.

This is a perfect property!! My family and I LOVED this condo. My husband and son walked straight out to surf daily... surf board rental a short walk down the beach. We walked to 7 Seas and Zippers Bar and Grill for a few meals. We shopped at nearby grocery store and enjoyed many meals in the condo at the beautiful dining room table watching the waves just outside the patio doors. Can't imagine a better location or condo ANYWHERE. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property with us. The communication was IMMEDIATE. Literally minutes after texting with a minor concern I had a response and a solution. The employees at the condo are all super friendly and helpful. We felt totally secure. You will NOT be sorry if you stay here.

Exceeded Expectations
This place was perfect for our family. Easy access to the pool and steps to the beach. There was always some great and not so great surfing to watch while relaxing by the pool. The sunrises in the morning were incredible. The owners were always very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend the condo.

Great time and Perfect Weather
This is a really spacious unit and being on the first floor is so great. Big patio and you can just walk right out to the pool. One of the things that makes this unit quite possibly the best unit in LasOlas is that because of its location you do not hear road noise like almost all of the other units in the complex.

PERFECT SPOT!
What an incredible stay we had! From the welcome gift of ice cold beers, chips, guac and salsa to everything in between. The location is PRIME! Walk right outside your door to a paradise oasis of the pool, hot tub or the most pristine beach! The property itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The checkin process was seamless and the property managers were easy to get a hold of with anything we needed, which was nothing! We cannot wait to come back here and stay again!!!

Perfect Surf & Sunshine Getaway
We just loved this condo, complex and location. Being right in front of the surf spot is glorious and being on the bottom floor made it just that more enjoyable. It was so nice to just walk out of the living room right to the pool and beach. We spent so much more time outside because of that ease. Typically I don't love the bottom floor level, but in this case it was fantastic. The condo itself is super comfortable and spacious. The rooms are all a great size as are the kitchen and dining/living space. And the outdoor patio is huge as well! One drawback is that the condo was essentially out of everything consumable (hand and dish soap, paper towels, lighter fluid for the bbq etc.), so we had to outfit it ourselves which is kinda funky given how expensive the condo was. TVs also don't work, which I guess in paradise is fine. We also loved that they had a pickleball court. We played everyday and enjoyed working off those margis and tacos :) Great vacation, we can't wait to return again!!

Beautiful place to stay
Stayed with another couple and our two toddlers. This place was amazing! Great location, and bottom floor for easy access to pool, also easy in/out with toddlers. We weren’t able to check in on our check-in date, due to flight delays due to weather. Luckily, the place was available, and the owners happily adjusted our dates so that we didn’t lose a day of our much needed vacation. Chips/salsa/guacamole at check in was really nice touch!
