Guests staying at Casa Micana will have the privilege of accessing the prestigious Puerto Los Cabos Beach Club, which boasts an oceanfront swimming pool, restaurant, and additional amenities. Access to the Beach Club is available for an extra fee of $4000 pesos per stay 1-7 day stay.  Please note that the Beach Club is closed on Tuesdays.



 Additional Information:

• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Lifestyle Los Cabos.

• Please note that while the beach at the resort is perfect for sunbathing and building sandcastles, swimming is not recommended. Many swimmable beaches are just 20 to 25 minutes away in either direction.

• This residence is situated in a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

• Guests are responsible for any charges incurred at the Beach Club at Fundadores and Puerto Los Cabos Golf Club.

• Note that the Beach Club may undergo annual maintenance and may close during September (depending on operations). Please contact your planning team for further details.

Please note this property is listed for sale. Owner kindly asks that rental guests allow Real Estate tours with at least a 24 hrs notice. We will make sure to be the least disturbing of your stay and someone from our team will always be present.  If there is a tour during your stay, we will offer a $150 usd in house credit to show our appreciation, thank you for your flexibility.
