"Wonderful apartments and lovely staff just a pity about the uncomfortable beds. The apartments are wonderful and staff can not support enough, all the facilities you would need, would be a little warm in the summer as fan only but perfect for the winter temperatures. Lovely bar and restaurant onsite and great all round facilities. "I booked with Neptuno for a seven night stay as I was looking for somewhere away from the noise of the main clubs and it had the option of self-catering. I paid slightly more for a superior room which offered views of the ocean and sunset. The hotel was fairly easy to find following two buses from Tenerife South airport. "Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."
