"This was an awful stay , the house was the perfect size , conveniently located , had new linens, beds , kitchen amenities (no microwave as advertised as it was in the hot water closet ) and new furniture. All a plus , however it had no hot water the day I arrived , 2nd day and it was only until I contacted VRBO on the 3rd day that the property manager VaCasa started to address no hot water . "The Founder's Neighborhood is a quiet, beautifully landscaped oasis on Loreto Bay. This villa is particularly well-positioned - it is quiet, away from the main street, and there are beautiful views from the upstairs tower sitting area of Nopolo rock and the mountains. "Great clean older property that is 1/2 block from the central downtown plaza with many restaurants and stores within a 3 min walk. You can also walk to the marina for whale watching tours in 10 min or less. Property is accurately represented on line, would definitely stay there again."

"Casa de Perla is a very roomy and pretty house with an excellent view especially from the upstairs bed. We loved having a coffee while watching the sunrise from it . The place has everything you need, lots of decent dishes and comfortable beds. Construction noise from next door and across on Davis but it's everywhere in Loreto. "

"Location is good. Studio apartment is very nice and clean. My biggest complaint is that this unit was too close to noisy bar on corner. Music went on past 10. The thumping of the bass was very annoying. Other units in backside of property are probably quieter. Only other issue was that the hot water only allowed for a 2-3 minute shower. Drain was slow. I’d stay again but in another unit."
