"The staff at the front desk was very helpful; let me pay the following day after I had gone to a bank (hotel does not take credit cards) and ordered me a taxi for an early morning departure. The photo makes the villas seem bright and sunny, but our apartment, built on a steep hillside and accessed from above by elevator, was cold and got no direct sun or view at all. "Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. "
