"Received code to access the building from owner/manager via what's app. On arrival, entered main door and no lighting whatsoever. The entrance had a horrible smell and musty sense. Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. The inside architecture is interesting - do not choose the "In Aereo" room if you are taller than 5'4", as you risk hitting your head on steel support beams in the ceiling. Communication with the host was difficult as well - one of the streets we were supposed to take in order to access parking was closed, and he was not able to assist with finding an alternate route or directing us to other free parking. "Very nice, modern and clean. In all honesty better than the supposed 4 star hotel we stayed at the week before. The room is on the 4th floor without elevator. So be prepared. But we loved it. Highly recommended. We were traveling with our 6 year old, the Smart TV was a great feature and we were able to watch Netflix and keep our son entertained. "
