"Nice quiet location away from Rincon and aguadilla. Great view and beach, although the surf was very big that week so no swimming. Within 15 minutes to Rincon surf breaks. Bryan was accommodating and cordial. Upstairs apartment is a bit rustic but clean. "

The set-up of the house was perfect for our group because it allowed everyone to have some of their own private space while also having gathering spaces that were large enough for everyone to be together for meals and hanging out. The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen gear and things you will need for the beach and pool. The host was very responsive to our requests for assistance with issues. We would definitely visit again!"

"The property itself is amazing. You could spend a few days just exploring the grounds and orchard. It's secluded enough where you can leave the world behind if you want to, but there is plenty do eat and do within a short drive. There is a fabulous bakery and also an amazing restaurant within a few minutes drive. The property owners and hosts, Jose and Christine, are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They were always available to answer every silly question I had, and were invaluable...

"Javier’s property is a little gem in the Guayanilla Playa neighborhood. You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! Javier is a great host, immediately answering any questions that we had, and giving us information about the area, so that we could make the most out of our stay.
