"Javier’s property is a little gem in the Guayanilla Playa neighborhood. You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! Javier is a great host, immediately answering any questions that we had, and giving us information about the area, so that we could make the most out of our stay. "Lovely home with everything provided. Loved that it had a gate and we could park the car inside. And what a surprise when we opened the back door and there was a covered patio! Ceiling fans in every room and each bedroom had an air conditioner. Short walk to La Parguera. Our host was great, returning my text messages promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again."

The owner was very nice, very hospitable and the property manager as well. The pool was warm and clean. Our favorite moment was watching a movie outside at night while laying on the hamacas.
