"Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. When I asked the owner how to get to the sauna she said that it’s an additional charge (more than I was willing to spend) and would take 1.5 hours to get ready. "The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. Also, the complimentary bus pass to the awesome local bus service that can get you to and from hikes. Otherwise, it’s just a lovely hotel. "

"A tad off the beaten track, this is a quaint, country small bed and breakfast. Extremely clean, spotless throughout. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but the quality was good, including freshly home-baked bread. The hotel is near a hydroelectric dam and in the middle of an apple orchard region. WiFi sadly not good.
