"Great location and communication with proprietors. They were very helpful. Our room was clean, large and well stocked. My only issue was the room that our friends had. It was not set up like ours for the same price level. Their room was much smaller and the shower had no regular shower head, just a wand. I realize the rooms were built in a very old building but I wish they’d gotten a comparable room to ours. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. "

"The location is perfect, the staff is wonderful, the breakfast is great. The only possible negative is the lack of an elevator. However, i have discovered that almost all bed and breakfast places in Italy have stairs, hills, and more stairs. Congratulations to the great staff. We loved our stay in Firenze!"

"This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! Our only issue was when typing in the name of the hotel on Google maps, it had our Uber drop us off at a historical sight a couple blocks away due to the two having the same name- this error is mostly our bad because we didn’t...

Each day she looked after us, She made sure all of our needs were met. Making certain our stay was comfortable.
