The bedding looked like it had been washed by putting it in a sink. The shower had grime in the corners and where you had to stand. there was no shower curtain so when you showered the bathroom floor would be a giant puddle when you were done. "In the bed we found HAIR from the last occupant. The hotel had not even changed the sheets. Upon our arrival the receptionist said he had no reservation for us and made no effort to resolve the issue in spite of the fact that we were the only ones present. He just rudely ignored us, and I speak Spanish "
