"Omg. It was amazing. Pepe at our service at all times. The house is roomy and well kept. Hacienda architecture with beautiful details put into the homes decore. We were referred to a Juan Carlos that was at our service driving us around. Highly recommend this gem. Maria always available for any questions. "

"Para llegar a la casa tienes que subir por callejones muy inseguros, esta lejísimos tienes que subir como 300 metros cargando maletas con miedo a que te asalten, los cuartos están separados por ventanas únicamente, totalmente inseguro, para subir a la terraza las escaleras están de picada muy peligrosas, el cuarto súper pequeño apenas puedes caminar, estuchas todo lo que está hablando y haciendo el del cuarto de lado, en general malisimo"

"The staff is amazing all the time. The facilities need some arrangements, for example mi TV could'nt work properly, my AC could'nt work properly. Its an old but amazing hotel. But I insist, the staff amazing!!! The restaurant serves everything delicious. The castle is really close to the center of Guanajuato. "
