"They gave us the wrong bangalô. Unfinished, half painted. Lots of wires around property, no hot water. I was back and forth with the concierge and nothing got done until i told her I was going to contact management. It took about four hours for her to move us to another unity, which was so dirty and dusty. We had to clean it ourselves. It ruined my family vacation to celebrate my nieces birthday.
