"Our host was exceptional! Usually she was on the premise but if not was easy to contact with any questions. She came in early for our early check in! Had plenty of recommendations not only about San Gimignano but surrounding towns. She made us a reservation for New Year's Eve having to call several to get us a spot! The location was perfect as it was close to everything, especially the unloading area! Although a breakfast was not available we were able to get a discount at the recommended...

Unbelievably, incredibly wonderful place! Wish I could have stayed for longer. "

"The hotel is situated in a rural location, although there are factories there to. We were very kindly given a room upgrade which was very nice as we stayed with them last year. The room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable bed and included a kitchen which was very nice to have the use of. All staff were very friendly, helpful and we made as much effort to speak a little Italian, to which I am sure they appreciated. A good location to stay. Ten minutes to the local beach which was nice...

"The setting in the Tuscan countryside was amazing. A very charming historic Farmhouse. The hosts were so kind and charming. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The kitchen was very useful for home cooking. Despite high heat outside, we could close the shutters and windows and keep the house cool until the evening. The night air in the country was so cool to sleep in. A very authentic rural place. We were able to drive to busy sites around Tuscany and then come home to a peaceful and quiet...
