"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

"We had a lovely week staying here end of May. The property is just as seen in the photo's. It is a great location to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside and towns. The kids loved splashing in the pool. Alex the host was very relaxed and helpful. We would definately return in future given the chance."

"A rustic Tuscan converted barn with a stunning location and views to die for. 10-minute walk (uphill) to the village for excellent restaurant options and supplies. Manu was a wonderful and accommodating host, offering a warm welcome and lots of assistance with local bookings and recommendations. BBQ dinners by the pool at dusk were a highlight!"

"We wanted to stay someplace in quiet beautiful Tuscany and this property was located perfectly. The house is a guest house and the main house is near. It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. "The pictures of this property did not disappoint. The location was perfect. Close to many beautiful locations. The views are stunning and the pool area was perfect for the hot days when we just felt like relaxing around the villa. Lucia and Roberto are exceptional hosts. "We had wonderful stay at Localita Granaio and in the Castellini in Chianti area. The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese. Our host Pietro could not have been better- helpful but not intrusive, informative and friendly. The general area also had so much to offer. We would go back in a minute! Thanks Pietro"

"Superb private villa with enclosed pool & garden only 5 mins walk from the town. Federico is a friendly & helpful host. We were even given fresh eggs by his Dad! Views from the garden are lovely. We had a great stay - thank you. If you are taking a dog just check the costs - we paid £50 when we booked and were charged a further €70 when we left."

"Almost too good to be true! Emanuele is a great and helpful host and the place is amazing. Clean, spacious rooms and views which feel like they are out of a movie. The only *very minor* issue is that the posting mentioned a tub or spa bath on the unit, however there were just two showers. Not sure if this was a language/translation mixup, however. Highly recommended and I would stay here again any time. If only I am luckily enough. Right in the middle of the village with a Michelin restaurant...
