"We had a really bad reservation with website, was so annoying and frustrating, was a really bad experience for payment, fire place out was out of gas and we are not satisfied because I just chose this place for the fire outside, I sent the message but nobody did not respond and they have to refund a part of the money. However the rest was good. "

"this is a large, tranquil property very near the entrance of portola redwoods state park. there are 3 cabins, one occupied permanently in the front by a friendly and kind man ,Michael ( and his mom),who are keeping an eye out on everything. just behind the front cabin, there is a large 3 bedroom cabin which was our base for the park, along with a tiny ,but cozy cabin that was behind it, with plenty of room to stretch out for everybody. "Garbage disposal did not work.subtle rumbling all day and night- off and in. Not sure if it was trucks outside, the elevator or garbage shire. Not noticeable with tv on, but noticeable at night. Electronic locks were confusing. "
