"Beautiful outdoor setting at the top of the hill, with beautiful blue pool and string lights. Great views of the surrounding area and nature. The cottages are clean and well done. "The house was well maintained and comfortable (we didn't spend a lot of time there, but the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable) and the location was perfect for hiking Volcan Barva and starting our CR trip. The only issue we had was with the management company, Vacasa, who didn't communicate our arrival to the house manager, but otherwise it was perfect."

"We had a nice time. Key takeaways: this location would be best in the dry season. No heating or cooling and no screens on windows. Fireplace is extremely smoky, you will smell like you were camping. The wood is also very damp and hard to light and keep going. Very friendly staff. Grounds are beautiful when the sun is out. No real hot water, we had to heat water on the stove since the hot water was only a few degrees warmer than the cold. Bed was very comfortable and had a fluffy blanket on it...

"The property was exactly what we wanted. It easily accommodated our group of eight. Nice weather with a breeze and cool at night. The property had plenty of room for the kids to run around. There were several dogs on the property that the kids loved. There is a barn next door with horses and a large selection of farm animals. The property was comfortable and great for kids. Carlos was a great host. We would definitely stay there again."
