"Getting greeted off the boat with a cold glass of Jamaica (Habiscus) was the first experience. Without even setting foot on this beautiful property. We showed up before our check-in to leave our extra luggage and they attend us regardless. We took off to visit Tikal. In the mean time they took our luggage and placed it in the room for us.
