"The place is in a very good place, in two minutes you are in the Puebla Cathedral, full of museums arround and restaurants, very quites and confortable."

"The location of the property is excellent. It is just a short drive to the Puebla Historical Center and surrounded by high-end shopping venues. We were fortunate to be accommodated in a room with an incredible view to the Popocatépetl Volcano. The staff is incredibly helpful and provide and top-notch service. However, the facilities need a well-needed overhaul. The rug all over the hotel need to be replaced like YESTERDAY. The bathrooms inside the rooms are screaming really loud to be refitted. A good investment will turn a better profit. I hope that in next year’s visit things have changed."
