"Nice house, the description is pretty accurate. Quite comfortable for 8 people. We stayed in the mid of summer; the pool was very warm. The river was also warm and good for swimming. The things to pay attention to: - during hot days A/C works to full capacity. - the closest store is 10-15 min away, not walkable - if you are uncomfortable driving steep up/down hill, and sharp turns, consider staying elsewhere. "

"Lovely breathtaking views and nice modern amenities made for a great stay. Responsive and friendly caretaker let us in and replied to questions immediately. Quite secluded and peaceful and about 25 minutes from Regua. Typical country roads to reach it required careful driving. "We stayed with two couples for 14 days at this lovely house. Olga and Paulo were fabulous hosts and gave us countless of wonderful tips on what to do and where to eat. Communication was flawless. Check in was easy and Paulo greeted us with a bottle of wine and fresh pastry specific to the region. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. "A spacious and cool villa with a superb outdoor area for everyone and fantastic BBQ setting that we enjoyed a lot. The holiday would have been perfect if not for the HUGELY uncomfortable beds and FREEZING cold pool. Even after communication, and the pool technician, the temperature was ice cold. It’s also on a fairly busy road (with a development happening over the road - lots of noisy machinery and building works) but that would have been easily ignored if the beds and pool had been better....
