"We had a great stay on orcas and enjoyed the views from this cozy home. The location is top notch as it’s a very short drive into town but remote enough to be very quiet and peaceful. One morning I even saw an orca from the deck. "

"Cute comfortable cottage with beautiful view. We were so busy hiking and enjoying the surrounding towns we didn’t have enough time to truly take advantage of the wonderful outdoor space of the cottage. You could sit outside and take in the sea view all day!"

"Nice house with easy access to Eastsoumd village. Love having an enclosed yard for my dog. Beach access was tricky for older adults with unsteady feet. I would recommend adding a non slip mat and grab bar in the shower/tub combo."

"Private cabin surrounded by cedars and steps away from the lake. Spacious great room with a cozy electric fireplace. Two big decks to enjoy the outdoors. My friend is recovering from surgery and this was a wonderful place to relax, cook, and just hang out. It would be even better in summer as two paddle boards and a small kayak are provided. "

"Super sweet views of the water, islands, & sky. Very nice private beach, and peaceful setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed was comfortable, couch and chairs were comfortable. The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key. The light above the stove, under the microwave was burned out, so cooking was dimly lit. I’m sure they will replace the bulb tho. The coffee...

"Overall, very good - pretty much s advertised. Loved the privacy and quiet! The hot tub and BBQ really made it great.A few items at the place did not work properly but not an issue."

"I love, love, love this place! This was my second stay, and I’m already planning my third (and beyond). Clean, quiet, comfy-cozy, convenient, carefully curated. Perfect for working on the road, extended stay or weekend getaway, HQ for day trips. Just right for singles, one couple, maybe families of three with one young one. Hostess is phenomenally easy to work/communicate with. Can’t be beat!"

"This is a perfect little cottage for a couple or solo traveller. The location in the beautiful Skagit Flats will instantly relax you. A bird lover's paradise. Bow, Edison and a pub at the end of the road offer a variety of food and interesting things to see.The bed was VERY comfortable and the furnishings were lovely. It was exactly as advertised and the most stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in, We got spoiled cooking on the amazing gas stove! The cottage is about 20-25 min to Fairhaven historic district/Western WA and only 15 min to whatcom falls park, gorgeous this time of year! We would highly recommend staying here and we will be back! "Our stay was wonderful. The hosts provided all the amenities you could need and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and delicious chocolates. There is a fabulous fire pit with many lawn chairs. The deck is huge and the view gorgeous. We would definitely choose it again!"
