"This is our favorite hotel to stay for many years now.Its because of convenience. And The breakfast buffet is also great. The staff is friendly as well. Overall the hotel is one of the best in Tacloban in terms of convenience. It is walking distance to Robinsons mall and they have parking space. This recent stay were a little disappointed on cleanliness as there was a pimple puss splattered on the mirror, housekeeping must have missed it . The door handle was broken you had to push it to get it...

"I've stayed here several times over a period of years. The staff are ALWAYS terrific! Free breakfast included -- a bonus, but limited variety if you stay three weeks as I do. Occasionally there's hot water for a shower. The rooms are starting to look run-down, but compared to other places, this is still a very good place to stay."
