"The stay was good comfortable and clean, no bar at the hotel butmplebtynif bars and restaurants around. The only problem is that only 2 bars / restaurants accepted international visa / mastercard. If you dont have an Indian card then it must be cash which is a pain"

"Reservation desk assured one meal was included in tariff, we had to pay for all the meals. The location of the hotel is very inconvenient. Reservation desk did not warn us that Manesar was really far from Gurgaon and there were no means of transport. Breakfast buffet timings were not shared, we missed breakfast, no hot water in the hotel, unclean room, non smoking room given as smoking room, poor customer service and very poor customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"
