"Stated 2 nights here while traveling to southern state. Had a chance to see rural Kentucky & it was refreshing."

"The place was decorated nicely and clean. Small but was great. Now my criticism 1 the steps to get into and out of the house were difficult for us in our late 60s and 70s. No real comfortable outside and the bathtub was slick. The 24 hour notice of the information about the stay was not prompt. The place was close to so much and we had a wonderful time.."

"Our stay didn’t go as planned as it rained, snowed and was cold the whole time. However the home was very nice and the little touches, like a basket a snacks, stocked bathroom supplies made the stay very enjoyable.The owners go above and beyond to make it feel homey unlike most rentals we have used."

Bourbon Trail trip

"We stayed at the Delegate because it was only a mile from Buffalo Trace Distillery where we were going the next day. Really cool older building that has been refurbished. Rooms were huge and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. There was a restaurant/bar that was pretty cool as well. Great selections of bourbon at the bar. The dining was closing as we got there, but they offered to make up some appetizers for us. We had the poutine and calamari. Both were good. We will likely stay there again since it’s so close to Buffalo Trace and not too far from the Louisville and Bardstown regions for the Bourbon Trail."
