The newly-built villa and 'situated less than 500 meters from the beach of Pescoluse one of the most exclusive locations of the popular seaside resort. Furnished in modern style consists of 2 double bedrooms plus a room with 2 beds. The two separate bathrooms and a double sofa bed in the living area make it the ideal solution for groups up to 8 people. To top it all 200 square meters of garden shower, gas barbecue, pergola, sofa, table and chairs.

Vacances de rêve
Une très belle vacances de 10 jours passé dans une maison confortable, propre et avec tout les outila pour passer des bonnes vacances. Dans la maison il n y a rien qui manquenet on se sent vraiment chez soi. Les propriétaires sont au top, au petit soin, toujours disponibile et toujours joignable et d une gentillesse unique La mer a deux pas, des plages libres magnifique, on se crois aux Maldives. A refaire et je conseille vivement.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio
Abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di settembre in questa bellissima villetta, è nuovissima, ben disposta e dotata di ogni comfort. Davvero ottima. I proprietari sono gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per rendere ancor più bella la nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo. Grazie ad Annalucia e Salvatore

Ci siamo trovati super bene, proprietari e casa favolosi. Bellissima, dotata di ogni confort, proprietari sempre a disposizione. Volendo ci si può spostare anche a piedi per recarsi sia alle spiagge, negozietti, pasticceria, ristoranti ecc

Casa vacanza nuovissima con tutti i confort necessari. Ampio spazio esterno per i bambini. Contesto rilassante e tranquillo a meno di 400 mt dalla spiaggia. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima villetta completa di ogni confort e a 5min a piedi dalla spiaggia. La casa è davvero bellissima e curata dotata di ogni confort, i proprietari sono stati super disponibili fin dall’accoglienza, ci siamo davvero trovato benissimo. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione è stato un piacere conoscere la signora Annalucia sempre disponibilissima e gentilissima speriamo di riuscire a rivederci l’anno prossimo!

consiglio di soggiornare presso questa villetta. grande, moderna, funzionale, ben arredata, tenuta alla perfezione. completa di tutto ciò che serve, anche se avete bambini piccolini (es. lettino e seggiolone). zona tranquilla, a pochissimi km da Leuca. ci tornerò sicuramente. grazie!

Villetta di nuovissima costruzione a due passi dalla spiaggia di Pescoluse. Casa pulitissima attrezzata di tutti i confort e ambiente moderno e funzionale. I proprietari Salvatore e Annalucia sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Esperienza da rifare...

Abbiamo affittato questa porzione di villetta per 2 settimane. Abitazione nuova e molto confortevole. Le camere da letto al piano interrato permettono di riposare freschi anche nei giorni più caldi. Il terrazzo ed il cortile di trascorrere piacevoli serate all'aperto e di cenare in tranquillità. Ottima la doccia nel cortile! Sicuramente se dovessi tornare da queste parti non esitare ad affittare nuovamente questa bella casa.

Villetta fantastica curata nei minimi particolari sia all'interno che all 'esterno!Adatta a famiglie con i bambini!Ampia zona relax con puff per godersi le serate estive!Ottimo barbecue!Tutto quello che serve per una vacanza!A pochi passi dal mare e in zona tranquilla!Sperando di ritornarci presto ringrazio vivamente il Sig.Salvatore e la Sig.ra Anna Lucia!!!!

Oasi di serenità e divertimento
Da sola con quattro maschi di varia età, ho trovato l'immobile rispondente alla descrizione, comodo, pulito e accogliente, facilmente raggiungibile dalla fantastica spiaggia con servizi. Dehors molto funzionale ai giochi dei ragazzi nelle pause spiaggia. Grazie mille dei bellissimi giorni trascorsi!

abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana. BELLISSIMO IL POSTO E LA CASA BELLA, NUOVA E COMODA. CAMERE AL FRESCO SPAZIO E DOCCIA ESTERNA...TUTTO DI BUON GUSTO E DI NOSTRO GRADIMENTO ANCHE PER LE NECESSITA' CHE AVEVAMO AVENDO DUE BIMBI PICCOLI. LA CASA E' A POCHI MINUTI DAL MARE MA COMUNQUE NON NEL TRAFFICO . I PROPRIETARI VERAMENTE MOLTO DISPONIBILI E GENTILI!

L'appartamento dove eravamo alloggiati, era molto spazioso, la pulizia impeccabile, arredamento completamente nuovo e locali completamente climatizzati. comodità e mare splendido
casa molto bella ed accogliente ed arredata con gusto, di recentissima costruzione e dotata di ampi spazi esterni x i bambini, molto utile la doccia esterna ed il barbecue, non abbiamo mai acceso l'aria condizionata in quanto le camere, situate nel seminterrato, erano molto fresche; la spiaggia di Pescoluse offre un mare strepitoso e si trova a 5-6 min. a piedi (c'è da attraversare solo una strada, il resto assolutamente non trafficato); con l'occasione salutiamo i proprietari che si sono dimostrate persone molto gentili e disponibili. consigliatissima !!!

Sicuramente da tornarci!!!
Casa nuovissima e molto bella. Di notte non c'è mai stato bisogna dell'aria condizionata perchè le camere seminterrate erano sempre fresche. Lo spazio giorno e la terrazza davvero vivibili e con molta ombra quindi colazione pranzo e cena sempre fuori. La doccia calda in giardino e il lavatoio sono un plus della casa davvero irrinunciabile. Anche il barbecue a gas disposizione degli ospiti molto utile specie per chi come noi ama le cose alla griglia. Spiaggie nei dintorni ce ne sono tantissime. Consigliamo di portarsi gli ombrelloni perchè noleggiarli costa un po' troppo in certi lidi. Molto belli il Lido Pineta e la spiaggia Elite. Ultima recensione ma non meno importante per i proprietari. Davvero molto carini e gentili. Ci è sembrato di essere loro amici da tanti anni! Anche per questo tornarci in futuro sarà un vero piacere!
