"The apartment was located in a wonderful neighbourhood and we always felt safe no matter what time we came back. There are many lovely cafes and shops all around and everyone was very friendly. The apartment itself is great but there are some things that could have improved our stay. The bedroom is up a flight of stairs and the bathroom is on the ground floor. There is no nightlight and having to go down the stairs in the middle of the night was a worry. I’m 5’1” tall and I hit my head many...

"Excellent location in the very center of the city, close to Piazza Castello, in a safe shopping area with restaurants and cafés. The staff person who gave us the keys was extremely kind and available and provided useful information. The apartment is a one-room studio with an upper level and a bathroom. We had booked for three people, but only the king size bed upstairs was ready. We had to open and prepare ourselves the sofa bed downstairs with the available sheets (actually, a duvet cover)....

We were not greeted at the apartment and we picked up keys at a local sho which made it hard to find the property and figure out what keys did what. The information on the apartment was mostly Italian and outdated. Some of the appliances where not in good working condition, including coffee maker. The property does not have a/c which on a warm day you only have windows and fans. This can be very uncomfortable...
