"We loved staying at this property while in town for a family wedding. Everyone from my father and mother in law to our 6 year old nephew had a wonderful time and a comfortable stay. Lots of parks and playgrounds around for the little ones; beautiful cafes, delightful bakeries, and an a natural foods co-op, all within walking distance. Neighbors so welcoming and friendly, too. "We had a great time at Katies house! The house is very cozy, and is a great set up for kids. Our 4 year old son loved having all the toys to play with! Katie wsd very responsive and answered all our questions very promptly. We didnt use the pool but it looked like it would have been a fun time! We would stay here again."

"Family wedding at nearby Green Gables, this was the perfect homebase for a dozen or so of family and bridal party prep. Pool and hot tub, firepits, grill, etc were in good order and we took full advantage between events. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms are large and convenient, common living room areas are huge and offer tons of seating and relaxing space. Bedrooms are plentiful and spacious. The access drive from the main state routes is rural, well kept and accessible for typical vehicles...

The rooms are all very spacious and have plenty of seating. the dining room only seats 4, so board games were a little challenging. Very pet friendly and easy to get to. We fit 4 cars in the driveway with no issues. Neighborhood is very quiet and everyone waves to you."

"We had a wonderful time at John and Kathleen's home. The house was comfortable with lots of seating, plenty of kitchen equipment, a great layout and lots of natural light. Our favorite part was the outdoor space and the covered seating looking out over the creek. The location was an easy drive into town. Overall I would recommend this home for a relaxing family getaway."

"The place was is horrible condition. Rooms were filthy, furniture in bedroom was broken and sitting in pieces. Cardboard was covering some of the windows while sheets were used curtains. Dirty towels were on the floor in the bathroom and the sink and shower were dirty. Owner refused to answer our requests for a refund."
