"The room was clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the shower room was fine. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room had no kettle and there was a large empty space at one end, yet no table or chairs, with just a folding stool hung on a wall, a narrow shelf and another fold down shelf."

"Me and my daughter had a lovely stay very friendly welcome staff were very tentative. Room ready for us arrival very clean. Lounge area very relaxed Only small issue was there was scaffold outside our room window blocking the view. But understand work need to be done. Would defo come back again"

"Friendly staff at check in/out. Great facilities, skybar was lovely at night and views of OVO Hydro from room/skybar were majestic. They played Sabrina Carpenter in the reception on the day of the gig. ❤️"

"Stay was good, service was good from reception staff. I had the do not disturb hanging from the handle of my door and the cleaning staff was trying to open my door with their fob. Not sure if they had their rooms confused as they were going in next door when I opened the door to see what was going on"

"This is by far the best place I’ve stayed at during our 8 day visit to the UK (London, Manchester, Liverpool, and Glasgow). The location is amazing, the service is top class, and Amy was so accommodating and suggestive to our needs. Shopping and food selections were just walking distance. Perfect place!"

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"
