"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. "We were pleasantly surprised to discover that Annick’s place has it all. Fantastic location , one block from the Sandaĺs beach, 15 min walk to Baha Mar beach. Restaurants and other shops are also super close. The appartment is very comfortable, tastefully decorated with all imaginable amenities. We were sad to leave. Our hosts were helpful, flexible and very friendly! Thank you for everything. We highly recommend your place! "

The location on the beach and right next to Baha Mar was perfect for resort amenities without the resort feel. Staff was wonderful would highly recommend as an alternative to the resorts. Utilize the money saved to rent a car, explore the island and water!!"

"The outside of the property needs updating (which they were working on) but the room was exactly as listed. The beach is right across the street, but to swim, we had to walk a little way. Taxis are very expensive. Get a price first because the cost range is huge. 40-80 per ride one way. Overall it was a great room. We have no complaints. Corneilla is so sweet and helpful!"

"We had an excellent time at Goldwynn for an adult mother and daughter trip. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel is well maintained and truly a 5star boutique hotel experience. The infinity pool is amazing and faces the ocean...the beach is directly in front of the pool which is rare for hotels in the Bahamas where you often have a very long walk to the beach from the massive hotels like Bahamar and Atlantis.
