"This property has an amazing view. The inside was amazing. Great floorplan our host was amazing very attentive , fast reply to our messages , was always checking if we needed something. The amenities were so great amazing views from the infinity pools. Have so many pools , hot tubs , gym tennis court . We loved it we will definitely will book again when we go back. The reason why I gave 4 stars on some was because when we checked in there was no guard and being our 1st time we weren't sure ....

The design and layout of the furnishings was impecable, neat and clean, practical and attractive as well as comfortable. The only negative was there was maintenence going on for a few days that was disruptive that we should have been aware of but the property was so great that we still give it 5 stars. "I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable...

"The units are gorgeous and overlooking the ocean. The beach has medium rocks and is a small hike down the hill. Spent some great days in Puerto Nuevo which has wonderful restaurants and shopping.....about 4 miles away."
