"I came out to the area because I was attending a wedding nearby, although everyone was staying at the hotel the wedding was at I decided to look into a rental that would allow my dog and that was on the beach, I am so happy I did! It was a little confusing to get to the property but once you figure that out everything else is easy peasy, I really enjoyed the keypad lock vs a key, the easy access to the beach and the privacy it provided! It made it a very peaceful weekend for us!"

"The condo is very clean and spacious. All the amenities are included and I felt at home with a full kitchen. Really liked the safety feeling that the gated community provides. Only two beds total, we were five people, so the fifth had to sleep on sofa. The sectional was not tied together and it would separate while sleeping and watching tv as a family. Also, the master bedroom is connected to the living room, so noise in that room is inevitable."

"I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable...
