"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. "We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. "The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."
