"A nice hotel in a good area, I found the staff really helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but that’s ok, it was comfortable and clean, had a lovely view of the river. Great choice for breakfast. Had an evening meal which was also good. Happily stay again "

"Got here a little late, hotels.com didn't offer instructions on how to check in, but the owner/manager? Came right away and helped me to my room. Very nice guy, explained how everything worked. The room was very cute, cozy and clean. Comfortable bed, great shower, and I was even given some cookies from the café they're partnered with. People complaining about the noise must be super sensitive to sounds because it's no louder than normal street noise. The café staff at Hattie Bells was also amazing. I wish i had gotten everyone's name because they were all wonderful. Will definitely stay again if I come through the area as it's directly across from the train station. Doesn't get more convenient than that! Only con is obviously its a bed & breakfast so no elevator and i was on the top floor so it was a bit of a struggle but other than that, everything and everyone was great!"

"Good location with parking (charged £7 per night). Clean with very comfortable beds and quality bedlinen and towels. Restaurant on site, cannot comment as we unfortunately couldn’t eat there as big time delay in food service. Many choices for dining in Salisbury a short drive away. Recently renovated, looks fresh and modern. Long corridors, two floors, no lifts. Our room felt like it was one of the furthest away from reception and up one floor so not great if you have mobility issues or when you get locked out of your room with key card due to computer not updating time after clocks went back. Comfortable bar area but maintenance/construction workers being hosted by management in this area in evening as well as over breakfast alongside guests. Staff generally appeared disorganised, very obviously a new team who had no clear direction. Not quite what we were expecting. "

"This hotel is convenient for visiting the city centre, cathedral and shops. My only criticism is that we were not forewarned about off site chargeable parking. This is not clear on the Hotel.com website. Staff and facilities at the hotel can't be faulted."

"Excellent location, very convenient for Salisbury Cathedral, Guildhall Market, Poultry Cross, tons of shopping, very accessible. Staff are excellent, very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast included. Hotel has a parking lot, additional cost of 7.50 GBP daily. Worth it if you have a car. About 20 minute drive to Stonehenge. Great place!"
