"I unique neighborhood for sure! Saunderosa was like a "family resort!" It had a game room, bar, workout room, and a great deck, dock...and hot tub. It was fantastic!"

"We all absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. The host was especially courteous and helpful with any questions. The house and pool/deck area were in immaculate condition when we checked in. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who would like to enjoy Lake Norman. "

"Beautiful home decorated wonderfully for Christmas. Room for everyone, activities for the young people.Huge downstairs gathering room. Kitchen equipped with every thing we needed Fantastic view of the lake. Firepit reasonably close to house. Plenty of parking. Extra fridge in garage. "

"We like to fish. It needed electricity at the dock to plug in the batteries on the boat. It was a clean and comfortable home. "

"The house has a great view of Lake Norman. Lots of windows and outdoor space. The house set up was different as to access the lower bedrooms you had to go outside, but it ended up being great for us traveling with teenagers."
