"Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand."

"Cozy warm basement apartment only 15 mins from the slopes. This was perfect for our family of four (2 bedrooms and a nice comfy family room where we were able to unwind after the slopes). Beds and linens comfy. Everything was clean. I appreciated the entry where you could store all of your snow gear so they could dry. Also appreciated hooks in every bedroom, the bathroom and entry so there was actually space to hang things. "

"While visiting our son at Castleton we stayes at this property instead if the usual hotel. So glad we did. Nice little area where we couldtakr a walk down along the water, they have a basketball hoop out back we used as well. we spend very little time in the room, vut while there it was very clean. My emails to the owber where always answered quickly. We will definitely book here again"

It was not directly in front of the dock at all I thought I might have to use one of the neighbors if it was necessary.
